Setup Instructions
Turn on the iPad/iPhone by pressing and holding the top button until the Apple logo appears.
*NOTE* If the iPad/iPhone does not turn on, please plug it up to charger and let charge for at least 10-15 minutes and try again.
You'll then see "Hello" in many languages. You will need to either press the Home button at the bottom or swipe up to start the setup.
Select "English" for the language.
Select "United States" for Country.
On the Quick Start menu, Select "Set Up Manually"
You need to connect to a Wi-Fi network to activate and continue setting up your device. Tap the Wi-Fi network that you want to use and enter password and select "Join"
At this point, the device will try to do the initial activation and configuration.
On the Remote Management page, select "Next" at the top right of screen
The device will continue to perform ENERCON activation and configuration.
Follow the onscreen instructions to set up Touch ID to use your fingerprint to unlock your device. Select "Continue" when you finish setting up Touch ID.
Next, set a six-digit passcode.
On the "Apple ID" page, enter your ENERCON email address for the Apple ID and select "Next"
Select "Continue"
A new window will appear, select "Work or school account"
Enter your ENERCON password and select "Sign in"
On the Terms and Conditions page, select "Agree"
On the "Update Your iPad Automatically" page, select "Continue"
On the Appearance page, select your desired appearance and select "Continue"
On the "Welcome iPad" page select "Get Started"
At this point the initial configuration and setup of iPad/iPhone has completed.
You will be directed to the iPad/iPhone home screen.
At this point applications will start to automatically download and configure on the iPad/iPhone. This step might take up to 30 minutes.
